SUBMIT MEMORY

I hereby grant and authorize Challenge Your Imagination LLC ("Company") the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all photos submitted by me for the Living Memory installation ("Installation"). This authorization extends to all media, formats, markets, and reproductions by other parties now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely. I confirm that have the right to submit the photos) and am submitting them voluntarily, and I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Installation or its copyright. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photos), and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind. I understand that the photos submitted may become part of a public installation. I hereby hold harmless, and release Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
