Welcome to Asher Young Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our apparel and furniture. By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION
We offer limited-edition apparel and furniture.
  • Natural Variations: Many of our products are made from natural materials (wood, stone, textiles). You acknowledge that unique grains, textures, and slight color variations are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
  • Digital Display: While we try to show products accurately, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of colors will be 100% accurate.
  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
  • Allergies: Products may contain or be manufactured using natural fibers, textiles, dyes, finishes, or materials that could cause sensitivities in some individuals. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and contacting us with questions prior to purchase if they have known allergies or sensitivities.
 
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. SALES TAX
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and the applicable laws of that jurisdiction. As a New York-based business, NY sales tax applies to all in-state orders. For out-of-state orders, tax will be applied as required by "Nexus" laws.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Parcel (Apparel): Shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession.
  • Freight (Furniture): Large items may ship via freight. Delivery is "Curbside" unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb into your home.
  • The "Fit" Rule: It is your sole responsibility to ensure furniture fits through doorways, elevators, and hallways. We do not offer refunds or returns if an item cannot fit into your space.
  • International: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

5. FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS)
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except as explicitly stated below, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason (including "buyer's remorse" or fit issues).
Apparel: Due to hygiene considerations for intimate apparel (boxers) and the limited-edition nature of our drops, these items cannot be returned.
Furniture: All furniture is made-to-order or limited-production and is strictly non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items: You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
For furniture, if the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves.
Any claims for damage or defects must be emailed to orders@asheryoung.studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or credit. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, branding, and content are the property of Asher Young Studio. You may not copy, "drop-ship," or reproduce our designs without express written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, Asher Young Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
